About the Project
- Architect: JHBR Architects, Inc.
- Contractor: Shiloh Enterprises, Inc.
This project was unique in that the building that the Hufcor Ultra Moveable GlassWalls were in divided the indoor playground from (2) STEM LAB Classrooms that were then again divided to allow the (2) classrooms to be opened into (1) large classroom.
The 10’-0” tall Glasswall’s were manufactured with 65% Visible Glass above & below Dry Erase Marker Board surfaces on both sides of all panels. This allows light into the classrooms and offers the flexibility of having marker board surfaces on all panel faces for the staff to use as needed.
The flexibility of the system allows the school to divide the classrooms from each other and the classrooms from indoor playground or to stack all of the glasswall’s away for a fully open room.
